At SYPLED, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging and materials for a full refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer service team at info@sypled.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once approved, we will provide you with instructions and a shipping address.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all included parts and documentation. Please include the RMA number inside the package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Any product that has been installed, used, or is not in its original condition.
Opened packages of light bulbs or any item where the original packaging has been damaged.
Clearance or final sale items will be explicitly marked as such.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all orders before they ship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sypled.com with photos/video of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
